Refund Policy
Review Indivieu LLC's refund policy for trial services, setup fees, and ongoing services.
1. General No-Refund Policy
All payments made to Indivieu are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless a refund is expressly authorized in writing by Indivieu. Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstance unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
2. Trial Services – No Refunds
All 30-Day Trial Services fees are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to situations where: The client cancels early The client is dissatisfied with results Benchmarks are not achieved Benchmarks are deemed achieved due to client delay or breach The client fails to provide access or follow up on leads Early termination does not create any right to a refund.
3. Setup, Strategy & Creative Fees
The following fees are always non-refundable once work has begun: Creative and design fees Platform configuration fees Integration and onboarding fees These fees compensate for time, labor, infrastructure, and intellectual property and are not contingent on performance outcomes.
4. Advertising & Third-Party Platform Spend
All advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other media platforms) is: Not controlled by Indivieu Subject only to the refund policies of the respective platform Indivieu is not responsible for issuing refunds for third-party media spend.
5. Ongoing Monthly & Recurring Services
For recurring monthly services: Payments already made for a service period are non-refundable No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused time unless expressly stated in writing Cancellation affects future billing only, not past charges
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks and ACH reversals are strictly prohibited under Indivieu's client agreements. Any chargeback or payment dispute: Constitutes a material breach of contract Triggers immediate collection activity Makes the client responsible for: Chargeback fees Administrative costs Collection expenses
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only if: Indivieu explicitly agrees in writing, and The refund is processed in accordance with the terms of that written authorization Verbal statements, dissatisfaction, or performance expectations do not create a right to a refund.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
